Deanna arranged flights and a Euro river cruise for us recently. There was a problem with the river cruise and Deanna communicated this to us promptly forwarding on information as soon as it became available from the cruise company. Some other members of the cruise received no communication from their travel agents and didn't learn of the changes until the got to Amsterdam. Well done Deanna 🙂
